Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Piezo Controller 12V40SG, DMC-1425, XCD-SX910 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Watlow product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the 96A0FDDD00RR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6932448030 manufactured by Warner-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DA1060F00000 by Manufacturer Watlow as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wago Brand 750469000006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Walton such as 146E16113000 equipment made by Walton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Walton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Walton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8940884D made by Warner as well as the popular 10606 original spares produced by Warner-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EK7192F by Warner-Swasey and 146E16113000 spares by Walton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFA35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wandel--Goltermann.
